Educational Qualification For GPSC Goa Recruitment 2025

मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाच्या गोवा खंडपीठाने निवृत्त कर्मचार्यांना वारंवार सेवावाढ देणे अयोग्य असल्याचे ठामपणे निरीक्षण केले आहे. रंजन हिंदे यांच्या याचिकेवर सुनावणी करताना खंडपीठाने म्हटले की, सरकारी कर्मचारी एखाद्या कामात निपुण असला तरी निवृत्तीनंतर त्याला सतत सेवावाढ देणे म्हणजे इतर कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या बढतीवर अन्याय करणे होय.
नियोजन, सांख्यिकी व मूल्यांकन खात्यातील उपसंचालक पद रिक्त असताना या पदावर निवृत्त झालेल्या कर्मचार्यांना सेवावाढ दिली गेली होती. याबाबत रंजन हिंदे यांनी गोवा खंडपीठात याचिका केली होती. १८ सप्टेंबर २०२५ रोजी झालेल्या आदेशात खंडपीठाने या निर्णयाला नाकारले असून, बढतीस पात्र कर्मचाऱ्यांवर होणारा अन्याय रोखण्याचे सरकारला निदर्शनात आणले.
खंडपीठाने निर्देश दिले की, रिक्त उपसंचालक पदासाठी कार्मिक खात्याने गोवा लोकसेवा आयोगाकडे पात्र उमेदवारांना बढतीसाठी प्रक्रिया त्वरित सुरू करावी आणि ही प्रक्रिया १५ नोव्हेंबरपर्यंत पूर्ण करावी. न्यायालयाने असेही स्पष्ट केले की, निवृत्त कर्मचारी कामात निपुण असला तरी त्याला अनिश्चित कालावधीसाठी कायम ठेवणे कायद्यानुसार योग्य नाही.
