दिल्लीतील लाल किल्ल्याजवळील स्फोट पाकिस्तानने घडवला असल्याचा आरोप निवृत्त कर्नल अभय पटवर्धन यांनी केला आहे. असिम मुनीरला ऑपरेशन सिंधूरसंदर्भात भारताचा बदला घ्यायचा आहे, असे पटवर्धन यांनी म्हटले आहे. पाकिस्तान आर्मीचे सेनाध्यक्ष असताना मुनीर यांनी भारतावर हल्ला केला होता आणि पहलगामचा हल्ला त्यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली झाला होता. ऑपरेशन सिंधूरमध्ये पाकिस्तानला जो मार खावा लागला, त्याचा बदला घेण्यासाठी त्यांनी हा स्फोट घडवला, असे पटवर्धन म्हणाले. या कटात चीनमधून एमबीबीएसची पदवी घेतलेल्या गुजरात, हरियाणा आणि दिल्ली येथील तीन डॉक्टरांचा सहभाग असल्याचेही समोर आले आहे. हे एक आंतरराष्ट्रीय कटाचे मोठे पाऊल आहे, ज्यातून भारताला हजारो घाव देण्याचा प्रयत्न केला जात आहे.
